This was his year and that was never gonna change unless he got hurt. This was also the off season to go in a different direction at QB past 2021. That was my point for the past year. Could I be a little blunt in regard to what Jimmy is in my eyes, sure. Didn't mean I hated the dude or think he's the worst QB in the league.
My debate for the most part, was how much he was getting paid during a covid cap season. He's currently the 2nd highest paid player in the playoffs (only behind Rogers) let's keep s**t real here and understand that's stupid. Is what it is now, Kyle and Co wanted to go this route and for the most part it's paid off. We will see what Lance is BUT I f**king hope the Jimmy can do no wrong and he's the QB so you support him crowd, apply that SAME energy to Lance....at least for the 1st 4 years of his career.
