the issue is he got arrested, it's differnt then failing a drug test that's my point man (we most likely don't even hear if he fails a drug test) ....the fact that you can fail 4 tested before anything really happens tells you that a f**k ton of nfl players smoke and the NFL doesn't give a s**t about it.

Foster should've stayed in the bay area and worked out all off season at the 49ers facility. I don't care how talented he is Lynch/Shanahan won't put up with his foolishness but for so long.
