Whispered about as a possible hire for Anthony Lynn's Chargers, Saleh now heads west from Jacksonville, where he spent the past three seasons as the Jaguars' linebackers coach. Prior to that stop, Selah worked for the Seahawks from 2011 to 2013 as Seattle's defensive quality control aide.

I don't give a s**t how banged up this D is, and I don't blame Saleh, but the tacking, run D, pass rush, angles etc are just awful . This is hard to watch

Yea even the run blitzes aren't working. Guys are just taking horrible angles. Stout just made a big play. We need guys to play with some heart

Defense is really looking unprepared, undisciplined and predictable. That's on coaching.

Yes, we're missing guys, but the fundamentals aren't there. And that's on the coaches. Guys are missing tackles all over the place.

Horrible coaching. Kyle can't save every game. Hopefully we can get a young defensive coordinator next year

Teams would be nuts to hire him as HC. He can't make adjustments and doesn't do anything but the basics. He relies on good defense players and can't do anything with anybody else

I hope someone hires him as the HC so we can look for someone better because he has been garbage all season.

He is the highest paid DC of the league but without Bosa and Warner everyone forgot how to tackle, how to take proper angles, how to sack the QB when he is in front of them and no one knows how to cover.

His defense is a s**tshow
