Not only that, but his release was so quick it was ridiculous. One of the greatest.

That pretty release and the ability to put the ball at every angle did not show up against our NICKEL D in Super Bowl XIX, did it?

Montana played great in that game, but he didn't have to deal with the Niner pass rush. That game was just another reminder of what's usually the most important thing in a Super Bowl.

I think you've got your 'Joes' and your sports mixed up. There's only one 'Joltin Joe' and that's Joe Dimaggio.
