Hue tweeted he's looking for a 'menacing, aggressive' DC "very high on energy, accountability, and leadership."

Isn't concerned with scheme, just wants these traits.

Browns just uploaded a video of Hue stepping into the building and greeting the staff. Pretty much said it's an exiting time, that they're chasing greatness, but they're going to win the AFC North, then go to a Superbowl and win that game.

It's about f**king time. Coaches never use the word "Superbowl" in Cleveland and for me that's pretty much telling everyone not to dream. That word should be used daily to remind everyone what they're chasing and how real the possibility is.

Props to Hue for not being a little b***h. Division title. Superbowl. Go get it.

Browns fans are pumped up.

Lol. Here comes another 6-10 season for the Browns.

Hue's got guts, I'll give him that. I think he could've gotten a much better job this or next year. He chose the NFL's worst franchise, playing in a division that outside Cleveland will probably be the toughest in the NFL over the next few years. Good luck to him, hope he succeeds.

I'd still put the NFC West outside of San Fransisco ahead of the AFC North.

Cardinals, Bengals, Seahawks, and Steelers are all pretty even. Cards may regress in a couple years, but the Rams have a brighter future than the Ravens who have a ton of money committed to Flacco and whose best players are nearing retirement (Steve Smith, Terrell Suggs). All they need is a QB and a little more help on the offensive line. They have Gurley who is going to be a top 3 RB in the league some day, Donald who may be the best DT in the league already, Robert Quinn, one of the top 4-3 DE's, and some other young pieces on defense (Ogeltree, TJ McDonald, Jenkins).

The Eagles or Titans are better jobs in easier divisions. I think the 49ers were actually less attractive than the Browns - they have an offensive line, a star WR coming back this year, Joe Haden, and the 2nd pick so they'll get either Bosa or Goff. And there are lower expectations and no Jed York. Santa Clara is more attractive than Cleveland, but that may not have mattered much to Hue.

Hope he succeeds but doubt he will
