Is Noah Spence really on the bubble? I didn't follow his career in TB. What's been his issue? Health? Underperformance?

That. Then again its Tampa. Everyone goes there and gets football AIDS. Ronald Jones averaged less than a yard per carry in the preseason.
That little flurry in the late 90s, early 00s allowed a lot of people to forget that for most of its existence they were the worst franchise in football.
