This subject is almost laughable after watch Reid this year!

Goldson shoulda gotten paid as a 49er.. .and I really believe that he would have been a much better w/the defense he grew up in.. instead, Baalke just outsmarted his self and believed that HE can change any player on the roster anytime of the day...
Goldson was blooming when we let him sign with Tampa, while Reid was forced to play a very "need" position, and tho he was good a rookie, he really has been stinking up the joint the way Dana Hall did..

That said, Tomsula needs to have a heart to heart with Reid. He's mailed it in the past two years IMHO. It's hurt badly. I want Ward to challenge him next off season.

Goldson is terrible. The grass is always greener. Reid is actually playing well this year. He's taken a few horrible angles in the run game and thats what's sticking in people's minds because he's not getting picks.

he sucked with tampa thats why he was cut two years later and is now one of the worst safeties in the nfl in washington. he was a product of a great front seven.
I would take reid any day of the week,

Agreed. I think Ward might be better actually.

Eric is 23, at 23 he is much better than Goldson was at that age. Reid is only gonna get better. People critique him because he was a day one started who played well. One of our only ones actually. He still has tons of room for growth. I'd take Reid every time

Agreed. I think Ward might be better actually.
I think the concussions and blowing up Bowman's knee has really had an effect on him and his play. You hesitate as a S and you're screwed.
