Until we find a better OC and when the Cardinals and Rams find a real QB

Next year we'll have a healthy team back on the field along with a few free agents and a nice draft.... we'll be kicking Seattle's ass....remember it's not the noise in Seattle that bothers us it's our offensive execution and with better coaching and a good off- season i really believe we'll be back to super bowl form
Name one please, and prove that he's better than Harbs.

Seahawks wouldn't of won without major injuries to every other team in their division while they've stayed relatively healthy and got key players back for their run while every other team lost players before the push… not sure I call that domination.

Well! there must be something to these Seahawks, because they're #1 on most of the NFL power rankings as of this week. I'm not necessarily a Richard Sherman fan, but the guys talent seems to be able to run his mouth and get inside his opponents head and use it to his advantage. I'd want him on the 49ers in a Heartbeat if he was available

He's the most overrated player in the game. His mouth is the only reason anyone knows his name.

Most experts have Richard Sherman as the top Cornerback in the league and he has the numbers to back it up

Well! Mr pahlerbj, there was a time when you only had 4 posts on this board, but now that you're at 4215 you think you're some kind of Big Shot. I'm just stating facts that as much as Richard Sherman is hated on this board, there's no denying that he is one of the top Cornerbacks in the League. Go talk to Craptree about Shermans ability to shut down a receiver, I think some of the members here calling him overated is nothing more than Sour Grapes

Dude is garbage. There was a reason every team in the league passed on him. How hard is it to play a zone corner on a defense that stuffs the run and rushes the passer effectively? Earl Thomas is ten times more valuable than motor mouth Sherman.
Put Sherman on any other team in the league and you will never hear from him ever again. He would be flat out exposed. The Seahawks are good and Sherman is an attention whore that's the only reason anyone actually knows his name.

Since 1995, Sherman has lowest opposing passer rating of any CB, just edging Deion Sanders.

That's what I'm just saying, LOOK! I didn't like seeing him out there eating Turkey on the 49ers logo anymore than the next guy, but there's no denying he's one of the top players in the league. Usually you can get a feel for a players talent by the hatred his oppenents and their fans have for him and Sherman loves to pour salt on the wound, he ain't no dummy and knows what he's doing

I dunno about Sherman, it sure looks like he is there to make it tough on receivers when the ball gets there. Every DB is going to give up catches, but when that guy gives them up they are usually pretty great catches.
I hate the way he talks, but he tackles well for the most part and plays his position. When he doesn't, people celebrate it because it happens so infrequently. I would love to have him on the Niners. I remember seeing a pick 6 he had against the Texans, where he fought the TE for the ball and took it to the house. He was there on a TE screen like he drew up the play himself. Maybe he isn't the best, but the guy knows the game and does his homework. Dude plays the QB and the ball more than just chasing receivers.
But he needs to shut his mouth for sure. The guy has made a career out of trolling the Niners.

If that is how you want to rationalize a player then whats your excuse for Tom Brady who was passed on all the way until the 6th round, Jeff Saturday who was undrafted, and another undrafted named Antonio Gates. Teams do make mistakes at times in the draft as history has proven.

I don't think he himself gets into to anyone's head, he just likes to think that he does. When you break down the Seahawks defense, Sherman is really the least of your worries.
Two, it's always easy to brag after the fact. Deion would at least man up and take his medicine when he lost. Sherman just hauls ass off the field and then proceeds to blame the refs before pointing to the stat sheet as "proof" that he individually had a good game so the loss isn't on him.

As to the post question,
They'll be on top as long as their OLine and DLine plays as well as they have.
Injuries and new contracts will impact it but since they win the wars in the trenches they'll thrive.

did you stop at 1995 because of deions amazing and better than sherman season in 1994 with the world champion 49ers?
