Just saw Hyde and Lynch live on Instagram...Hyde looks like he's lost about 5-7 lbs very very good shape...and lynch is putting up some serious weight. I don't see some fatty that's for sure.

Good stuff to see weeks before training camp

Aaron Lynch is putting on some serious "muscle weight?" Or are you saying he's fat?

I'm saying he's in SF working out with Hyde and he doesn't look fat at all...he's putting up weight as in lifting, don't twist my words

Pics or it didn't happen lol

It was a live video on insta lol...dude could have a rock hard 6 pack and people would still poo poo on him in the WZ

Damn, you're right though lol. Hope he beasts this season and shuts up the haters lol.

Agreed...Hyde is looking really good as well, always a plus when a RB loses a couple LBs

Great article on Hyde. He's going to kill it this season. Remember, he ended the season with a bang and was averaging like 5.6 YPC in his last six games. Pro Bowler take it to the bank.

ran behind LA..every time

Larry Allen was such a beast, even towards the end of his career. He was an absolute monster that year.

I sure would like to see Larry Allen work w Trent Brown like Solomon did w/Sapp.
If Hyde stays healthy he could really be a force behind our new OL and new offensive scheme.

unless he's learned how not to take so many shots to the dome, dude won't make it past week 8.

take THAT to the bank.
If opposing teams don't take cheap shots to his knees he will be fine.

1400 rushing yards, 250 receiving yards 13 total TDs.

Hard not to take shots when the OL lets the LB/DL blow past them lol. Constant 8+ men in the box because we haven't had s**t for a passing game and two of the most predictable offenses doesn't help either.

talking about his running style. dude loves putting his head down to make contact.

Yep, he needs to learn when to get down and not try to unnecessarily battle for extra yards. That's when he gets those concussions and head injuries.

The season ending injury was just bad luck though. The defender went low and chopped him down. With the team drafting Williams and this being a contract year? Oh yeah, dude better ball.
