No charges except in the minds of the NFL establishment. How many chances was Aldon Smith given? If Brock was an elite shutdown defender he would still be on the 49er roster.

I've had a love/hate relationship with Brock. I hated him with a passion early in his career while I've cooled off during the last couple of seasons. If he goes to Seattle I hope Goodwin smokes him.
