Steve Young is not in that group. LOL. He was awful in Tampa Bay. He rode the bench for years and years with the 49ers. He's not comparible to any of the other guys on your list. There is exptreme homerism on this board for that guy. He had a very limited # of years at the top and mostly got punked in the playoffs every single year except 1.
Yeah Marino did so much better than Young in the playoffs with all those Superbowl victories that he has

Marino never had a D, o line or a great organization. He mostly carried that team on his back by himself. I don't blame him for that.

Isn't it Young that has the highest career QB rating? Yea that guys sucked!!!

The whole "Best QB" thing is a joke. You can't pick just one. There is no logical way to say that one QB was absolutely better than all the rest. As much as I love Aaron Rodgers, I think it is silly to say he is the best before his career is even halfway over. Who knows, maybe he would pull a Kurt Warner and bomb for a while.

So let me get this straight. With Young, it was his fault. With Marino, it was his teams fault. OK, if you say so.

Danscuses!

I loved them both. They were both excellent qb's.

Young played in a west coast offense..... Marino threw 70 yard bombs. Young couldn't even make the throws Marino made. He didn't have the arm strength.
Well opinions of best ever are - whatever

One thing for sure, sure was lucky for Green Bay that some other team needing a QB ahead of them in the draft had no f*cking clue what they were doing.
Joe Theismann ain't been right since..
