Poor guy.

One time when I was like 18-19 years old I showed up at my friends upstairs apt and he wasn't home yet. His apt faced a fairly quiet area and it WAS quiet..

Took a piss from the upstairs front door to down below.

Neighbor Mom comes walking through with her kids as I'm in mid piss of course.

Mom realized as they were footing in my pee splash.

It just means she came up on him while he was still p***ing. And he was so drunk he didn't notice. Hardly flashing. Police often embellish reports to make it seem worse than it was. Big arrests get notice and promotions.

That female cop seems to be partly to blame, too. She probably asked him if he was holding a weapon and he answered yes, then showed her his junk. The lady cop had no choice but to arrest him since he pointed his weapon towards her.

this is just more double charges for the same crime that our police state uses routinely. You can't urinate in public without flashing.
