A more realistic goal is to get 1 win against Ohio State in the next 4 years. Programs are in a completely different place.
This. But what if he actually beats Ohio this year?
That would be so crazy lol!
Even as a kid before I knew anything, I rooted for Michigan against Ohio State (mostly because Wolverines were my favorite animal), so I'll be cheering Jim on.
Plus Rambler is a Buckeyes fan
Yea - I'll be shocked if they beat Ohio St. or Michigan St. But, I'm not surprised they're over-achieving. That's what Harbaugh (and great coaches) do consistently. This season is all about showing great improvement from last year - so they can compete on some level with Ohio St. and other big name schools in that region when it comes to signing 4star and 5star freshman class.
Don't expect them to beat OSU or MI S but seeing MI S only win by 3 at home to Purdue and OSU only winning by 7 at Indiana they don't look like the #1 and #2 teams in the nation. Being both teams play at the Big House this year it's gonna be one hell of a ride.
First we have Northwestern. Another big win here for homecoming would be huge confidence builder for the rest of the season.

i love harbs. everytime i watch michigan play and see his fantastic brand of football it disgusts me how our stupid ass management treated him. unbelieveable
It wouldn't surprise me if these beatdowns Harbaugh's executing are partly motivated by wanting to show up Jedaalke in coaching his team as hard as possible to annihilate the competition.

Can you imagine the fever pitch building to that game if Michigan continues to win??
Sparty next week is the biggest hurdle there, if we get past them...OSU has a cake schedule other than their matchup against MSU as well. Would likely be the game that settles who plays in the BIG 10 Championship game. Get both at home this year, so it is exciting.
