Up by 30 or so and he still throws a tantrum. I know many of you love him and I did at one time too, but this guy is a major twunt. Its his act that wore thin in the 49ers front office. Yes he won, but I think he was REALLY pushy and rubbed many the wrong way including some players. I think it just wears on people.

question about Harbaugh wasn't about if he can turn an organization around but of sustained success…he hasn't stayed at one place for more than 3-4 years although you can make a case he was "climbing the ladder"

Unless you work in the FO, why does anyone really care how annoying he was. They dude was doing what it took to win games and if people didn't like that, they should be the one to walk. Not the guy who makes it happen.

Now that we ran the guy off, everyone is so happy at the FO and the players are so happy and relaxed. Who cares if we're the worst team in the league?

High intensity and success wears on losers.

Holy crap!! Another shut out?!! Is this for real??!! 3 shut outs in a row?! And 38-0??!! I thought Northwestern's D is supposed to be even more stout than Michigan?!

To all the haters,Jim Harbaugh is the real deal!!

Has it ever crossed anyone's minds that perhaps the reason he couldn't sort out the O was because of Kap?! Or at least partly because of Kap?

At least I am damn proud that Harbaugh was once the HC of the 9ers.

Just look at Tomsula & Co. now, a bunch of amateurs!! Is embarrassing!!

Way to go, Jimbo!! Keep up the good work and we will be pulling for you!!

As long as he wins game I don't give a f#ck if he throws a tantrum. I guess you rather have the sweaty coach that farts don't even know what the f#ck his doing.

Yeah like you weren't throwing crap at the TV when Bowman caused a fumble in the NFC Championship to what looked like a game winning play and they called forward progress? Or when Brooks was called for roughing the passer against Brees that ended costing us the home field advantage and gavenit to the Seahawks or any of the other blatant blown calls that cost us 2 Super Bowls probably. If you weren't then not really fan then.

So What? Is not that Bill Bellichick or other winning coach do the same or even worse...In the end, players are just workers who have to get good results in order to achieve the goals for the franchise. It doesn't matter if you love or not your boss(es), you have to do your part or step aside. Personally loaths me the fact that players must be treated as nursery kids instead everytime even when they don't deserve it.

This sh*t ain't funny, Michigan not only beat Northwestern, they basically raped them one by one and repeatedly without lube. LOL.
