Albert Breer: The biggest single thing I'm getting from the players' side is ... "How do we vote on something we haven't seen?"

So those saying owners approved their own deal. You are saying they negotiated for weeks and then just made up their own deal and voted yes on it.The fact is is the players are trying to make a last ditch power move to get more by asking for changes to the negotiated deal. They are being greedy.
THEY HAVE NOT NEGOTIATED WITH THE PLAYERS, get that straight!!!!!
Everyone knows this was a power move by the NFL, not the NFLPA. The players are not trying to make any "last ditch power move" since they have not seen the offer. They are going thru the offer and making counter offer after. THAT IS HOW NEGOTIATIONS WORK.

So what did they do the last few weeks. Was that not negotiating
It isn't like the owners just made up a completely new deal. They drafted this thing together. If they didn't then they have lied to us for weeks.
You dont think its possible that we have been lied to? Again this is the Owners we are talking about. They put extras in it, not just the revenue, but health procedures.
I can say the same for you. How can you be so quick to believe everything the players say. You seem to forget NFL would have never even agreed to do end the lockout if it wasn't for siting down for 2 months with the players. Who by the way made them think they had a deal.
im not saying that, heck I am as angry with the players as i am with the owners. This shouldnt of gotten this far, but both parties sat on their asses and waited till march 2011, when it was known back in 08.
But the owners opted out, and the owners locked them out. The players filed a lawsuit, the lockout was lifted, then back to a lockout. It is annoying, and I just wish they all sat down and just agreed to everything, and not have s**t thrown inn their like they are idiots.

This whole "breaking news - NFL owners have agreed on a CBA" thing has been one giant cock tease.

Why would they have a meeting in order to vote on the proposal if they haven't received it yet?

During his press conference, Goodell said they agreed to the deal negotiated with the players. So you're saying that not true at all?
Just trying to be clear.

I have an odd feeling that this whole thing has been mismanaged by De Smith and company. Remember Cullen Jenkins' Twitter comments earlier?
Quote:
Packers Cullen Jenkins: I find it amazing how as a player I am watching ESPN to get info. Reporters know more than we do.

What's up with the comments that they may decide to not recertify as a union?
