I'd relax on the s**tty raiders guys, they beat the worst team in football last week that has a QB that would struggle to make a top High School team with how bad he is. Dude threw for -1 yards against the Jets and only scored in garbage time against the Raiders.

Reminds me very much of the Mike Singletary hire here. After the Rah Rah motivation ends he doesn't have much, he will need very good coordinators.

Trying to save money until they can splurge on a big name candidate again. Are they still paying their last 2 Head Coaches?

You can't own a sports franchise and be cheap in ths day and age. Salaries for players and coaches won't allow it. If you try a pinch pennies you're doomed to be a middle or bottom of the league team.

not sure they have the money. Davis had others pay for the stadium and any other back door deals.. he needs to pay them back or get 86'd... 80 miles out and 6 feet deep

How is Pierce at game scheming? What I mean is, is this more of a Singletary hire because he vibes with the locker room needing some adult leadership, or does he actually have the coaching skills to set his team up to win each week?
