Damn. That's pretty bad. Normally if you get 6 seasons, you do have some 8-8s or better to balance out the losing years that usually happen at the start of a career. The problem is Carr started low went up then went back down in terms of wins.

I know if it was the Raiders vs Seattle in the Super Bowl I would be rooting for the Raiders.
