Gruden has been trying to get fired the moment he was hired. $100 million guaranteed. Raiders should trade him to the Bucs.

I know it isn't a great source but Bleachers are speculating that the Raiders should give up on Carr. Normally when you hit rock bottom you stop but Gruden seems to be finding new ways to drag the franchise down. Maybe he is channeling TDon?

This isnt 2008. Bleacher Report is no less reputable than any other sports source out there.

Well, it can be highly speculative.

Damn, everyone throughout the NFL was so high on Carr. Raider fans thought they had their franchise QB for the next decade. Now? wtf

He duped us all.
I think deep down he was still angry about Al firing him years ago only to go to the bucs and win a super bowl.
Fast forward to 2018 and he's $100 million dollars richer with raider money and gutting the franchise from the inside out.

Derek Carr is like a few other QBs... will take chances... get stats.. but will have WTF type decisions.
Kind of reminds me of Andrew Luck.
As much as I never trusted Carr as a long term QB, mainly because I like QBs who win in the playoffs, but that being said... it's better to have QBs like Derek Carr and Andrew Luck, than to think you can easily find a franchise QB.
So the Raiders better have a back up plan. I still believe in AJ McCarron, but not enough yet to straight up get rid of Carr before seeing AJ on the field more often.

If the draft were held tomorrow the Raiders would have the 4th, 9th and 15th overall picks.
