Like the thread we had last season use this one to discuss the league's 2008 rookies and track their progress. Kwame Harris Jr...oops I mean Gosder Cherilus (who wears the same number as Kwame) had a brilliant debut to his career with 1 holding and 2 false start penalties. Browns TE Martin Rucker looked pretty good catching 5 balls for 70 yards including a 28 yarder. Pats rookie LB Shawn Crable recorded half a sack and a INT. (He also had 3 tackles)

haha you guys are funny. This isnt like tom brady or marques colston. this dude was a backyard talent at Cal.

We all knew about him and many of us wanted the niners to draft him. What a bunch of cynics and haters.

Point is well there is no point of making this thread.

DeSean Jackson is an Eagle, so he is dead to me and many here. I could care less what happens to him, and frankly most people here have heard enough of "oh DeSean Jackson this, oh DeSean Jackson that"

I really wanted him prior to the draft, you can check my mock drafts if you want. But the only day DeSean jackson is on my mind is when we play the Eagles.

Adding to that, Jerry Rice vouched for the guy too. We have basically ignored anyone and everyone from the glory days under the Yorks.

Tracy Porter has been looking good for the Saints. He's got a lock on the starting job opposite McKenzie and he has already got 25 tackles,a sack, a pick and 5 passes defensed through 5 games.

Yeah I know...I found out a couple hours after I posted this. Sucks for him and for the Saints as they needed help in the secondary and he was def. proving to be a bright spot.

This is the best rookie RB class in a long time!!!!

Forte, Felix, Slaton, Chris Johnson, Stewart, McFadden are all playing huge roles on their respective teams.

Dont forget Mendanhall(sp) got injured as well
