I could see Joe telling them if they can draft his replacement, he'll retire. And not in a negative ultimatum way.

If we had no chance at going back to the SB, than I think Joe would hang them up. But that's not the case.
Doesn't mean we shouldn't take a good OT if one falls in our lap, but WR's still very much in play at 13 imo.
