I won't be mad tho if we got Ruggs. I just don't want anyone in our division to have either player

RUGGS - overrated... trust me, Las Vegas' ahead of us, and for grabbing the Glynch two years ago, Gruden will be drafing RUGGS right in front of us..

Ok please go into detail and for f**ks sake, who in the F is the Glynch bruh?

If Chucky snags Ruggs, their gonna have quite a few weapons...

My top 12:

Joe Burrow
Tua Tagovailoa
Jeff Okuda
Isaiah Simmons
Chase Young
Tristan Wirfs
Andrew Thomas
CJ Henderson
Henry Ruggs
Jerry Jeudy
Derrick Brown
Jedrick Wills

Could sneak into top 12:

Yetur Gross-Matos
K'Lavon Chaisson
Austin Jackson
Ceedee Lamb

49ers are definitely in position to GET either Ruggs, Jeudy or Lamb. I really don't see all three top receivers going in the top 12, IMO, I'm willing to bet only one WR goes in the top 12.

With a trade for DeAndre Hopkins, no way Arizona takes a WR and if they do you can bet Murray is begging for Lamb, but I doubt it. I also don't see The Jets taking a WR, even with the signing of Fant, I still think they go OT. As for the Raiders, right now it looks like Zay Jones and Tyrell Williams are the top two WR's so yes they may go there, UNLESS CJ Henderson happens to fall to them. IMO. But with the Raiders having two 1st round picks we just have to hope they fall in love with a CB more than a WR at 12.
If we want Ruggs bad enough, there's a high chance we can get him. 13, 31 and change to jags for 9 and 42.. or something crazy can happen..

MIA moves up to 3 to take Tua. Jags move up to 5 to take Okudah. Niners move up to 9 to take Ruggs. Now DET has a haul.

Probably trade back from 13 and 31 to grab Cesar Ruiz and Chase Claypool.

Not a tough choice. Okudah all day

With the Lions trading Slay, I think they will draft Okudah.

If Jeudy isn't there I'm beginning to like the idea of trading back. Not too far because I think Mims will be gone at 31 and he really is growing on me! This vid is very detailed as to why Mims isn't just big and athletic. Plus, he don't have catch issues. His hands are very very good.

The 49ers are in a really nice place owning the #13 overall pick, and I'm not really worried at this point due to the plethora of options that should be available. Think about the number of teams that have needs at positions we're already set at -- QB, OT to an extent, RB, LB, S. Then look at all the options at other positions and players that should be on our board and in play with a top 15 pick. Discussion starts now:

1. Henry Ruggs-WR-Alabama
Ruggs is a quick-twitch monster with huge hands and simply unfair physical advantages.

2. Jeffrey Okudah-CB-Ohio State
Consensus top CB in this class.

3. Yetur Gross-Matos-DE-Penn State
Widely considered the 2nd best DE in this class after Chase Young.

4. Jerry Jeudy-WR-Alabama
Arguably the top WR in this class.

5. Ceedee Lamb-WR-Oklahoma
Also arguably the top WR in this class, depending on who you ask.

6. Derrick Brown-DT-Auburn
Arguably the top IDL in this class.

7. Javon Kinlaw-DT-South Carolina
Also arguably the top IDL in this class.

8. CJ Henderson-CB-Florida
Considered the #2 CB in this class by many.

9. KLavon Chaisson-EDGE-LSU
LB/DE Edge hybrid player similar to Dee Ford, considered a close 2nd behind Isaiah Simmons.

10. Cesar Ruiz-OL-Michigan
Skyrocketing draft stock, considered the best IOL in this class.

So, I've just listed 10 players right there who could be in play. Now consider the plethora of others in this class who are talked up as Top 15 picks:

QBs: Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa, Justin Herbert, Jordan Love
RBs: JK Dobbins, Deandre Swift, Jonathan Taylor
OTs: Tristan Wirfs, Mekhi Becton, Jedrick Willis Jr, Andrew Thomas
LBs: Kenneth Murray, Isaiah Simmons
DE: Chase Young

That's 14 other prospects who are considered by just about everyone and their mama as Top 10-20 picks in this class. Someone will fall. We just have to be sure we get the right guy.

This is the one right here: T Jedrick Willis Jr.

...to play RG for a year next to McGlinchey. Possible T when Staley retires.

Deep TE class. Kyle will keep Goodwin/El Gato for the XWR if he can't get his XWR at 31 and will draft a top TE instead and use a ton of 2 TE sets esp. if Hurd is healthy.

Willis could certainly be in play for us. He is a top OT in this class, but he's one that could start at as OG because he'd be one of the top 5 OL on the team most likely, if we took him at #13, I think it could potentially help fix our problems at OG while covering us at OT long term.
