If the 49ers want to replace Defo's production, it's better to start shifting that to the edge spot because AA could move to the 3tech spot if they want. Dee Ford isn't going to be around very long, so it's probably a smart idea to look for a fixture at the edge spot.

I think they move back from 13 to the mid 20s. Pick up a 2 and a 3 in exchange. Keep the 31. End up with two 1st rounders between 22-31, a 2, and a 3.

For the #2 and Chase Young? Sounds like a long shot and I would rather see the Niners trade back to keep their championship caliber depth in tact for the long haul.
