Rashan Gary, EDGE, Michigan

This is not me creating a narrative. Every fan base spewing hate and creating their own narrative without actually really taking the time to understand his role.. This rumor has become a fire and spread everywhere like a wild fire.

It's not me... This s**t is everywhere, so much so that other fan bases are taking notice, scouts are taking notice..

It's literally a oxymoron what fan bases are doing to this prospect.. It's really weird.

Let's be honest and real, the narrative is "lack of production"... To me... It's more like lack of research and understanding his role. A lot of stat lovers are not understanding.

He is the perfect candidate for that hybrid position 4-3, 4-2 nickel. The one on ones that were given by offenses.. I have posted clips where he embarrassed players. No knock on them just showing you his ceiling.

He hasn't even peaked yet. He is a true junior this year.... One of the youngest of this draft class. lol

Pair Gary with Buckner please.

The above videos are auto-populated by an affiliate.

You leave him alone, he is wrecking havoc on whoever... Hello other team.... He destroys rpo's by himself. Second clip doing so that I have posted.

You create ways.. He demands double and triple teams.. There's a reason coaches schemed around Gary. A very good one.. He is a freak and when you don't scheme around him he will blow the play up some how..

That's what he does.. Creates havoc.. There's no love making at the line for him. He is smacking you the hell out the way or blowing by you or stiff arming you back..

Real deal. You pair him with Buckner and there will be chaos on that line every down and trading back can get us more draft picks in this loaded defensive class. Win Win..

He is a rpo killer... You are not fooling him often. He blows up theplay. Literally.. That's one of the reasons he is a freak.

That look like Russell Wilson 🧐

If you spent half as much time watching other players ad you do replying in this post, you would probably change your mind. It's hilarious

What does that have to do with anything?

Because some act like I'm hyping him up for no reason. Some act like I never said Bosa's injuries is what concerns me..

Sometimes I feel a need to refresh on the type of prospect he was. He was #1 recruit in the nation and a top 5 pick as a true junior going into the nfl draft.

Just because I think he is the answer doesn't mean my documented concerns with Bosa was never discussed prior.

Would love to take him in the 3rd which sounds about right. He may go a little bit higher due to his Combine workout and blazing 40 yard time.

"But Gary can play the five-technique, three-technique or stand up on the edge.

"I played base end, but you're able to throw me inside to D-tack. I could work over a guard," Gary said, via Salguero. "I could stand up, rush off the edge. I could really do anything anybody wants me to."

Can Bosa and Williams say the same? He worked himself back and played through an injury. If he drops to 13, That definitely would be a steal if he drops to Miami.. Yea 13 would be a steal.. You guys are right...

Bosa and Williams are at the top of their positions. I wouldn't want them anywhere else BUT DE or DT.

They both can rush the passer, can Gary say the same?

Sure.. ✅

Pros: An All-Big Ten selection twice in his career, Gary was selected in 2017 as Michigan's best defensive lineman or outside linebacker. He was one of the top prospects in the country when he committed to Michigan.

"A powerful run defender and edge setter, Gary has an outstanding combination of size and athleticism that will fit any scheme: explosive, sudden and a nightmare to block," wrote Todd McShay of ESPN.

"He has a ton of upside for the NFL. With his size, strength, and speed, Gary is a great fit as a base end in a 4-3 defense. He also could be a five-technique in a 3-4 defense," wrote Charlie Campbell of WalterFootball.com.

2017 when healthy he had top 10 in pressures and the Best defensive lineman or outside linebacker.. A wise old man once said if you ain't first, you're last... 🤪

Bluntly? If most would stop hating on him. (Generally speaking)

I truly wouldn't give a s**t as much. Being there is so much hatred.. I enjoy showing them the truth in how scheming really played a huge role in the lack of production as well as his injury. Stats aren't the only thing that impacts the game.

Which I have stated very early. My story never changed.

Nothing in there shows me he's a good pass rusher. Lol at the article saying powerful run defender and edge setter by McShay. Then by Walterfootball they say "5-tech in a 3-4 defense"

Things that we have all been saying.

He'd be great value in the 3d. I wouldn't hate the pick in the 2nd round.
