I'd go Barkley, WR or DE with #1 or #2.

The perfect situation would be we get first overall. Trade to a desperate browns at #2 for exactly who they want and not risk having someone jump in front And then trade back again with another team hopefully for their Qb as well. We could have like something crazy like 2 first rounders this year and like 3 next year along with a ton of 2nd and 3rd Rounders

Trade for a treasures worth. Hopefully its still a high enough pick to get one of the stud linemen. We need combination of oline, lb, and cbs.

It would be great if we could get an Elite WR, an Great O-lineman, and a Starting CB in draft and another big contract Starter at OLB.

well I'm guessing a top 3 pick you take a Left tackle, or a pass rusher. If nether are there trade down if possible.

We need O line and corners and pass rushers. First thing first. We need to lose every game so we can guarantee the top 2 spots. Then trade down to get more picks for this year and the year after. O line needs to be priority cause our line is trash. Keep Trent Brown and everyone else is expendable. I still don't know why we wasted a pick to trade up and get Garnett either but whatever. Wideouts and running backs are easy to find so we don't have to spend high picks on those positions. We need another corner and some pass rush. Our D line is weak. Fortify our lines and secondary. Use some money on free agents too if we wanna go that route. We can wait to get a top flight receiver in the 2019 draft. First things first tho we have to protect our franchise qb and get people to get to the qb.

Trade down and get a s**t ton of high picks. Take OL in 1st round

Prayers out to all those who are injured. They all happen this year against star players in our worst year. It just prevents as even worst pick. Palmer and David Johnson, week after Odell (Jenkins suspension), Jj watt, mercilus and Watson. We got a legit chance against all 3 of them now. Plus bears and titans not looking so good. Our chances of getting wins are higher now

Dream situation would be to get an RGIII type of trade. 2 first, 2 seconds and like a third or something. Championship lol

Hopefully we are number 1 and Cleveland 2 even just to drop a spot will give us back our 2nd round pick then draft Barkley

Now that we have a viable QB prospect (who is NFL ready) we NEED to address this o-line. A center and two gaurds. We're not in a position to go BPA with our first rounder IF a trade is on the table that will net us more picks.

Draft crushes don't matter at this point in the rebuild. Mine was Rosen but I'm more than happy with Garoppolo. If JG is to have a chance we need to get him blockers, a WR and another RB. Using our early first on one player (a running back) would be unwise.

We also need a pass rusher, CB, LB and depth on defense. Trading back should be a no brainer. Offensive linemen these days are having issues with the jump to the NFL so it may be wise to draft one and go after a couple in free agency. A good center in free agency would be nice. I'd like us to draft a very good gaurd if possible.

A good WR opposite Garcon is also necessary. This years WR class is decent. We could land a very good WR mid first if we trade back and also get a RB within the first 3 rounds. We don't need the best RB in the world, a great o-line can make a lot of RB's look good.

I'm basically of the opinion that we need to get this offense going in 2018. Defense is important but this teams long term strength will probably be offense.

Priority positions as of now:

Center
WR
RB
DE/pass rusher
CB
LB

You could switch the priority around some. Maybe RB/WR are more important than o-line but I doubt it. Pass rusher is always important. We need one.

In any event, we now have 4 picks in the first three rounds and $120 million cap space. Will probably be about $100 million if/when we sign Garoppolo long term. We have ammo but trading back would REALLY help.

The team has positioned themselves well for 2018. I think the team recognizes that there is still a ton of holes on it's roster and they will try to move down and accumulate more picks. If their unable to do so, they get to stay put and take a potential impact player in the top five of the draft. Any and all positions will be on deck now since the team has already answered it's biggest question mark at the QB position.

I expect fa to bring at least two new starters to the oline, another receiver and potentially a cb as well. The team has plenty of money and will be active. If they are forced to stay put and are unable to trade back there will be several possibilities tied to them. Bradley Chubb is my favorite edge rusher in the draft right now. I think he's the best two way defensive end in college football right now. He's already being mocked all the way up to five right now. I can see the team looking to more of a speed rusher though and if Arden Key continues to build off his last two games where he has looked like his 2016 self, look for him to only garner more steam during the pre draft process. Teams will fall in love over his athleticism, length, and arm length. A potential cornerstone tackle like McGlinchey will be linked to us because of Staley's age and inevitable decline in the not too distant future.

Minkah Fitzpatrick is a guy that will garner top five talk and is a prime chess piece in the back end of the defense.

The name that will be the heaviest linked to us will be Saquon Barkley. He's everything Kyle Shanahan could want in a back rolled into one package. Let the fun begin!

Good analysis. I'm not convinced Shanahan is going to stray too far from the philosophy that he learned from his father to not draft RB's early and thus I'm already taking Barkley off the list. They are also going to have a resolution to JimmyG's contract situation coming this off-season so look for that.

Priorities:
- Lock up JimmyG
- Find at least 1 quality offensive lineman via free agency
- Keep adding at WR
- Eyes out for an edge rusher although the ones you want don't usually make it to free agency

What do I think will happen?
1. JimmyG signed to a 3 year deal in the 15-20 million per year.
2. They'll find one tier 2 type interior lineman through free agency.
3. They'll add one tier 2-3 type of CB through free agency.
3. They'll end up trading out of their early pick to get a second rounder back.
4. With the first round pick they'll select the top offensive lineman available.
5. either round 2-3 they'll target a WR.
