Aldon Smith had 37 tackles 2 FF and 14 Sacks his rookie year...19.5 sacks his second. AA has 4.5 sacks spread over two seasons....to go with his 34 career tackles and 1 FF.

Truth. Also Mitch is fearless out there, while Smith is always playing scared. He's afraid to take chances for fear of a turnover.

Alex was a better prospect coming out of college. Measurable will be better than Mitch's and he was a two year starter. Alex in certain ways also put up better statistics.

Armstead couldn't get sacks in college so why expect it to change in the NFL? Many analysts called him a lazy player coming out and he's done nothing in the NFL to prove otherwise. I didn't compare AA to Aldon I just showed the stats once Aldon's name was brought up. Considering he was #17 pick in the draft you expect more than 4.5 sacks over two seasons. At the very least you'd think he would be a quality run stuffer which he clearly wasn't (one of the worst in the league vs the run).
