I got a feeling it's gonna be Adams...

I am feeling no one has any clue.
Hearing that the Colts are considering trading up into the Top 10. Apparently they're thinking long and hard about Christian McCaffrey.

Makes a lot of sense for them. He would be huge for Luck and can learn from one of the best

Chris Ballard wants him. John Elway wants him. Maybe the 49ers should draft him.
People are really considering him at #2 overall , and undersized RB... I mean, he may be great, but this doesn't make you panic just a little !!!?!

I'd love for the 49ers to trade down to #8 and pick him. But if they had to take him at #2 it wouldn't be the worst thing ever. Shanahan's scheme is an absolute perfect fit for him. Throw in his character and leadership ability and the 49ers would be getting an outstanding guy overall and a true offensive playmaker.

I agree with everything you said, but I just have significant reservations about it...

I don't think a RB is worth the pick regardless of who it is...trade down absolutely. How is 5-11 202 undersized (bigger than McCoy at the combine)? You got the big bruiser in Hyde and McCaffery it would be an amazing combo imo.

The way I look at is is that McCaffrey gives you a player that is legit as both RB and WR. Some RB's are good receivers out of the backfield, McCaffrey is a good receiver by any measure. That is tremendous value and highly unique. On top of that the 49ers have a head coach with the offensive creativity to fully utilize a player like McCaffrey which is why I'd be fine with the 49ers drafting him early.
Good grief he's terribly overrated. Marshawn Lynch went #11 and he was a much RB prospect than MaCaffery and that was at a time when RB still had first round value.

2 or 8 are way too high for him. Sure he can catch the ball but how many 5'11 receivers were 1st round picks ....

He's an interesting player but missing out on a pro bowl caliber MLB, DE, DT, or OL in a passing makes little sense.

I wouldn't consider him at #2. If Garrett is off the board, then I'm fine with trading back (if we can) and selecting him.

I'd perfer it to Fournette or DB but would be very surprised
