This guy is gonna be the pick, I'm starting to come to terms with it lol good player just think there are better defensive prospects ahead of him

Hey nothing is definite yet..I'm with you where if he is I'm cool with it bc he solidifies a big need but I'd love to see Buckner or Bosa be the pick..I'm a little lost on Jack now..also I've read when the 49ers could try to trade up for Ramsey which I'd love..good thing is there are so many options the 49ers have at 7 where no matter who they take or trade up or down they should come out with great player or players from it..

Yeah don't see the need to move up for anyone besides QB...love Ramsey being a FSU fan just don't see us going DB again after grabbing one in the first two rds 3 yrs straight ( if he falls for sure). I say stay at 7 and see who's there at the very lest Stanley will be there and if so trading down might be a option or just take him.

I think it's just those reports about his desire/love for football or work ethic. I haven't read any but I haven't looked for them either. If that is the case, I can see why people would want to pass on him since there were similar reports on Davis before the draft and now he spends all of his time on twitter while we have a hole on that right side. I would rather give Brown a chance to build off of his success last year and go defense with that first pick but that's just me. Wouldn't be upset if Stanley was the pick

As KRS mentioned, the 49ers OL coach is a brother-in-law of the Notre Dame OL coach. Im sure they have a good read on him.

He's the next Jeff backus. He will be in the league for 15 years, will become a nice LT but he won't be an all pro or pro bowler.
He's a solid pick but he's not a home run type of pick that we need. His bust rate is low but his ceiling isn't too high either.
I will love to get his teammate, will fuller in the second round but I don't think he would fit in sf. I think a team like new England or Pittsburgh will fit his skill set very well
