I am in the minority, but I like him enough to put him in the 1st. Yeah, I'm kinda crazy like that.

Yeah I doubt Kap can get him the ball deep with that sissy arm of his.

yea im sure his numbers wouldnt be as good but he still gets open a lot and constantly beats DBs downfield. Luck is pretty good throwing that deep ball.

It's not the sissy arm. It's the wild inaccurate throws. Luck is 10 times more accurate than Krap.

Actually Kap was pretty accurate throwing the deep ball his 1st 2 years in the league.

PPF had he ranked 2nd in the league in accuracy at 50.7%

Having the 30th ranked pass blocking line this past year and really no deep threats hurt him big time.

Your analogy is terrible Hilton runs a lot of fly routes which are easy throws and with his speed they been effective we don't have that yet but baalke has made it known we need speed
I'd rather have Devin Smith in the 2nd over this kid

If (big IF) we can get Smith in the 2nd, I agree.

I think his poor 40 hurt his stock big time...big you can see he has game speed and he can get up and get the ball (39 inch vert). I all for moving up in 2nd to make sure they get this kid.

Not sure it's that big of an IF. The guy is very one dimensional. It's a dimension we need on this team but there are a lot of talented receivers in this class. I'd say odds are good he'll be there in the 2nd round for us.

Having said that I'd rather have Dorsett.

Not at all, imo. Ginn was always terrible at adjusting to the ball in the air. Smith seems to be very good at that.

Pro Football Focus is pretty on point...they factored in drops as well.

Kap can throw the long ball, but we just didn't have anyone that could get down field before the pocket collapsed. Getting a healthy O-line will be huge!

Not even close to Ginn. Smith is bigger and stronger, He is great at making adjustments and tracking the ball, can block, and doesn't avoid contact.

Ginn was never good at any of these things in college....whens the last time you saw Ginn make a adjustment on a long ball? How about Ginn going up to get a ball at the highest point? He hates any contact and never tried to get those extra yards. Ginn is a good punt/kick return in college and nothing more.
