If we don't at least make a serious attempt to sign ARob, then I'm done with this fraud of a front office. They may be content will being perpetually mediocre, but I'm not and no one else here should be either.

What was sherman?
He was a released player that we picked up over the weekend. Steve Wyche was just on NFL network, mentioned that in speaking with Lynch (today) that he said don't expect any "splash FA's". We'll be looking for mid-tier players.

Lol. They only way out of mediocrity is by signing a wr coming off a torn ACL? I like him as much as the next guy but come on. A lot of teams won't sign AR

It's a shame we can't trade or release fans.

Which is another reason why the Packers if serious are probably going to be the favorites now.
They are definitely in race for sure.

No big splash free agents? Why? Not like 9ers are in a complete rebuild. Won 6 straight, 49ers scored on 62% of JG-led drives, playoffs are well within reach. Team can win now for sure....spend some money

You can. All you have to do is sign an old, hurt loud mouthed pompous ass from your arch rival.

Direct quote from Steve Wyche:
"In speaking with John Lynch, just a little while ago, he said that they are not necessarily going go out and get that 'big-splash' free agent. Especially, at some of the positions that they've been linked in free agency too. There was a lot of talk about Allen Robinson ... they like their wide receivers, so I got the impression that that's not a position that they will necessarily address with a big-name free agent."
Obviously, this could be Steve Wyche talking out of his fourth point of contact or Lynch keeping everyone in the dark.
