The Wonderlic Scores of Tim Tebow and Jimmy Clausen Were Leaked and They Were Below Average. Does a Player Wonderlic's Score Matter? Fans of the NFL, more specifically the NFL Draft, have likely heard about the Wonderlic Test, which measures an athlete's to think and problem-solve. Essentially, it acts a football IQ test. Edgar Thompson of the Palm Beach Post reportedly leaked some 2010 NFL Combine Wonderlic scores for Tim Tebow, Jimmy Clausen Colt McCoy and Sam Bradford. Here are the alleged Wonderlic scores of top NFL prospects. Their score is out of 50: Sam Bradford - 36 Jimmy Clausen - 23 Colt McCoy - 25 Tim Tebow - 22 According to Paul Zimmerman's The New Thinking Man's Guide to Pro Football, the average Wonderlic score for a quarterback is 24, which puts McCoy, Clausen and Tebow about average. The big Wonderlic winner appears to Bradford, who scored well above average. Looking at Tim Tebow's Wonderlic score, it might be easy to dismiss him. But anyone who knows the history of the Wonderlic Test knows that it's hardly an indicator of future success. Brett Favre had the same Wonderlic score as Tebow: 22. Pro Bowl quarterbacks Terry Bradshaw, Steve McNair and Randall Cunningham had a Wonderlic score of 15. Percy Harvin, the 2009 NFL Rookie of the Year, had a Wonderlic score of 12. Conversely, NFL bust Drew Henson had a Wonderlic score of 42. In case you're wondering, Pat McInally is the only player to ever earn a perfect score of 50. He didn't exactly go on to NFL greatness, but he did graduate from Harvard. In other words, no one should get too worked up over the Tim Tebow Wonderlic score. Yah I tried of them out, some where pretty easy. Some of them made you think a little bit.

Don't know why the NFL "tries" to keep the results a secret. Why not just have it public knowledge just like the 40 times and bench press results.
