Man where do I start. As a Penn fan, I gotta say that I'm a little disappointed in his coaching so far. IMO, it looks like hes not taking it very seriously, only when it comes down to the fight. Than when its fight day, his fighters aren't listening to him in the Octagon. Right now Team Pulver is up 4-0, Team Penn really has to get there sh*t together. I really think Nate Diaz will win this thing, thats my pick. Anybody see that guy talking s**t tonight how he fought 5 guys and knocked them all out?? F**K'N BS!!!!

IMO I think he wants to finish up his two next fights left on his contract and bounce.

That is pretty much how is expected the Sherk Franka fight to go......tooo much power in sherk.

You have to be an endless transition guy from your back to stop sherk.....like a Diaz with Sakuraba type endurance

SOP

instal the Viewer , it links to Streams all over the world.

Look under the Channel List ( in the viewer)

It should list Sports First.....Scroll down to MMA TV
