Super teams that failed to win an NBA title

Teams with three stars, and failed to win the chip.

'10-'11 Miami Heat (James, Wade, Bosh)
'03-'04 (Shaq, Kobe, Malone, The Glove), '88-'89 (Kareem, Magic, Worthy), '85-'86 (see '88-'89) Los Angeles Lakers
'96-'97 (Olajuwon, Barkley, Drexler) Houston Rockets
'09-'10 (Rondo, Allen, Pierce, Garnett), '08-'09 (see '09-'10), '86-'87 (Bird, Parish, McHale), '84-'85 (Bird, Parish, Dennis Johnson) Boston Celtics

What are some others?

I dont care what anybody says, if Sam Cassell was healthy in the playoffs the Wolves would have won the title that year

how in the world did I miss this? The Blazers choked away Game 7 and it was pretty evident that Sabonis was a joke of a matchup for Shaq

Most of those teams won the title at least once when the core group was together. Only Miami hasn't, and they've been together for one year.

I was living in LA at this time, and the ONE thing laker and Warrior fans always agreed upon, was our mutual strong dislike for Malone. Thank f**king God, he never won sh*t; especially with those purple & gold f**ks. F**king kiddie-raping pedophile.

Houston didn't. Barkley wasn't around during their only 2 Championships.

01-02 Warriors, can't believe our front line of Adonal Foyle, Erick Dampier, and Danny Fortson didn't get the job done
