It doesn't matter how old Ginobili and Duncan are, if you are a pro athlete and you get 8 days off you are going to be good to dominate.

Similar to the Lakers OKC, both teams came out firing but the more well rounded team kept it going. The difference was that LAC didn't lulz it like the Lakers did once it got passed 15.

I have to admit, LAC played physical and their bench played very well for a road game.

David Stern never did love the Spurs, and sent a superstar, Chris Paul, to the Clippers who could help speed up the demise of this dynasty. Yet, the Spurs are still threatening to haunt the NBA commissioner's television ratings for old times' sake, a throwback championship contender for a different time, a different NBA. At halftime on Tuesday, Paul was scoreless for the Clippers, and his running mate, Blake Griffin, was forced to beat the Spurs on the perimeter, which was never happening because being the proprietor of Lob City is a long, long way from developing an all-around game that made Duncan the greatest power forward in NBA history.

Fifteen straight victories and the NBA's newest super team may not be so new after all. The Spurs will ultimately end up in the Western Conference finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder, a clash of generations and speeds, and you have to believe that the Spurs' ability to execute gives them more than a puncher's chance.

Its Championship or bust right now. Short season benefited this aging team. 8 days off after series 1 benefited this team. With Role players with Championship Experience, coaching with Championship Experience and go to players with Championship Experience they can match up with any team, any style.

Plus if you want Team USA to do well in London you should be rooting for the Spurs to beat OKC since Durant, Westbrook and Harden are on Team USA this year.

If that was rusty, then the Clips are in for a world of hurt. This year, the Spurs completely display that Borg mentality. They don't stop. You think your offense did something or you think you distracted one player, but the next one just steps up be it Leonard, Green, Diaw, Tim, Manu, Parker, or Jackson. They keep coming.

I was still impressed at how LAC refused to give up and made a semi game out of it after being down 18.

Very impressed by the Clips bench. Do they normally shoot like that?

The one thing I don't like is that we had such a long winning streak before the playoffs started. All I want now is a 14 game win streak from here on.

The Spurs have won 15 in a row, haven't lost since April 11 and are winning by an average margin of nearly 17 points during that span.
