THIS CANT BE TRUE.......WHAAAAA?!?!?

Wow.............

This doesn't seem reasonable, given Cohan's desire for max $$$$. If true, I wonder what the real reason was.......

I think Cohan just hate Ellison and all the Warriors fans one last FU right in the face. Pretty much Ellison has been used. Wow Cohan u are d!ck.
How would Ellison know that he's the highest bidder?
On KNBR, Galatioto implies Ellison's last bid was "well past" deadline for final bid. Deal with Lacob had been agreed to around July 4.
Oh wait Tim K's update on twitter:

Doesn't this sounds fishy and Galatioto are just trying to cover up Cohans Bull$hit. Clearly even past the deadline you will still get the highest possible bid.

How does that make sense? Then WTF has Ellison been bidding on this past week?

Look I'm happy because of Lacob is clearly not going to move this team from the Bay Area.

I was worried that this team was going to be sold to some shady businessman like how the Sonics got raped and stolen by Oklahoma City businessman, Clay Bennett.

But Lacob is on the Stanford Medical Center board, he went to Stanford Business SChool, he has regular courtside seats at Maples Pavillion.

He doesn't seem to be born in the Bay Area, but neither was Larry Ellison. Lacob was born in Orange County, Ellison was born in Manhattan.

In any case, Lacob doesn't seem like the kind of guy who will move this team, which is the most important thing. He was a season tickets holder for a decade.

I'm gonna give these guys a chance.

However, the sort of moves that Lacob/Guber make early on in their tenure as owners will dictate the type of owners they will be.

It seems like Ellison got screwed over. But there is no point in b***hing about Ellison not owning this team.

Not a single one of us knows for certain that Larry Ellison would have been a good NBA owner. The comparisons to George Steinbrenner were f**king sacrilegious. Ellison has done nothing to deserve to be compared to George.

I think it could have been MUCH worse. He does seem like a standup guy who is a Bay Area guy whether he was born here or not. I love it that he is a Stanford and Warriors season ticket holder. I think we just need to focus on the fact that Cohan is gone.

Because he knows how much he bid, and also how much the team eventually sold for.

^ that plus whenever someone outbid the other bidder they usually let the other bidder know how much they need in order to outbid the other person.

Man, if these two owners hire Mike Dunleavy, I will light myself on fire
Go after Pritchard or keep Riley. Then hire Spoelstra if Riley happens to take over the Heat.
JUST HAVE A DIRECTION

that is all i ask
