Is All-Star weekend dying or is this just a bad year?

Horse/Shooting Stars/Skills: Just filler. Kinda fun but nothing overly exciting.

3-Point Contest: No intrigue this year. Nobody got really hot. And questionable finish with a shootout becoming a 3-man final.

Dunk Contest: Nothing fresh. No buzz.

I enjoy the Rookie game and All-Star game, but the rest was weak.

The best part of the All Star Weekend so far has been the Dallas Cheerleaders.

He may not be the best dunker but I have no doubt he would win the slam dunk award. He is Lebron. DO you honestly think they wouldnt give it to him? I'm also pretty sure he has the ability to be creative ( as much as these guys anyway) if he needs to.

Lebron's dunking ability is vastly overrated. Same with Dwight Howard

Nate Robinson's "winning" dunk was an off the back-board reverse? Lol really?

wow. Shannon just lost a lot of points in my book. I had been looking forward to this all year, and this is one of the bigger let downs i can remember. He went from being my favorite laker to a bench player with hops in 1 night. just an embarassment for all the trash i've been talking on his behalf.

I mean comon???? No way all 4 of these guys decided to not put ANY thought into it, and completely suck the life out of a usually great spectacle, it cant just be coincidence. They weren't even trying.
