Just to start it off ****New Players******* Shawn Marion(trade) 5 yr 40 mill Tim Thomas Drew Gooden Quentin Ross **Draft Picks** Rodrigue Beaubois rd 1 Nick Calathes R2 Ahmad Nivens R2 Projected Starting Lineup Jason Kidd-PG Josh Howard-SG Shawn Marion-SF Dirk Nowitzki-PF Erick Dampier-C Bench Jason Terry-SG Jose Barea-PG Rodrigue beaubois-PG Drew Gooden-PF/C Tim Thomas-PF/SF Quentin Ross-SG Coach- Rick Carlisle My Analysis: I think the Mavericks will do well this year, we finally got an athletic person in Shawn Marion, who can rebound and shoot (despite that ugly arse shot) Dirk will continue to be a beast as usual and the PG play will get better because of beaubois. This guy is 6'2 but has a wing span of 6'10. I say we finish 4-5th seed and make it to the conference finals..

Yea this team needs to turn this around, 3-7 over the last 10 games is not going to cut it in the West.

8 straight, 9-1 in our last 10...that's what I'm talkin' about, at least watching the Mavs win last night helped me get through the Stars meltdown.

Kobe's done for tonight after rolling his ankle pretty bad towards the end of the 3rd. There's no way he comes back in after that.

Lakers stretch the lead to end the quarter. This should be an exciting ending.

Definetely not an impressive win last night, but it does give the Mavs' 11 straight 50 win seasons. Not too bad at all...
