This is for all the Dallas Mavericks talk. Dirk is a beast. Just to start it off ****New Players******* Shawn Marion(trade) 5 yr 40 mill Tim Thomas Drew Gooden Quentin Ross **Draft Picks** Rodrigue Beaubois rd 1 Nick Calathes R2 Ahmad Nivens R2 Projected Starting Lineup Jason Kidd-PG Josh Howard-SG Shawn Marion-SF Dirk Nowitzki-PF Erick Dampier-C Bench Jason Terry-SG Jose Barea-PG Rodrigue beaubois-PG Drew Gooden-PF/C Tim Thomas-PF/SF Quentin Ross-SG Coach- Rick Carlisle My Analysis: I think the Mavericks will do well this year, we finally got an athletic person in Shawn Marion, who can rebound and shoot (despite that ugly arse shot) Dirk will continue to be a beast as usual and the PG play will get better because of beaubois. This guy is 6'2 but has a wing span of 6'10. I say we finish 4-5th seed and make it to the conference finals..

Its the turnovers, if we turned the ball over less, we woulda won this game. We want to give Miami turnovers so they can get easy dunks...

I think they will do it now. All the games are close. And Dallas owns the close games. Miami folds like a house of cards in close games in the 4th quarter. For as many "stars" as Miami supposedly has they sure don't finish well. Dallas on the other hand is phenomenal at finishing. They can be up, down or even and win the 4th. The seem to win almost all of them. All playoffs long too. Not just the finals.

I still don't think the heat are very good, and last game was an example of a game where they finally couldn't hit anymore of those lucky shots at the end.

They Heat aren't very good? They're in the finals so they have to be pretty good. They aren't as good when the "other half" of their team is playing like a pu55y when it counts.

Well we will see, I think it will be a lot harder for the heat to get back to this same spot next year. (unless they pick up more help in free agency)
