Hedo is opting out.

And would be dumb to leave now.

Not really. They probably know that Hedo is leaving. That's why the replace him with another shooter.

Only a cushion IF Hedo does in fact leave. But yes that may very well happend. But look at it this way. The team needed a SG which they got and potential in Ryan Anderson at PF. Anderson was just as good as Lee was last year, being on a bad Nets team to boot too. The set pieces are in place and the ownership are ready to spend the big bucks for Hedo.

But if the Magic cant retain Hedo, they can go for a legit PF to help D12 battle Shaq and KG in the frontcourt.

Um, what? They wanna prove to Hedo that they're serious about contending for a title...what Hedo wants..so they go out and GREATLY improve their only downfall in their starting lineup..the 2 guard spot.

This.

Why would they pay him the most if rings>money? That would be stupid.

Because having Hedo greatly improves their chances of winning a title...

With Magic ownership saying they will dip into the LT to keep him............YES.

Exactly...they're gonna use that luxury tax for sure to keep Hedo here in Orlando.

Yeah, you guys need at least one hideously ugly dude on the roster and Hedo might go to Portland.

I care more about what the Magic cheerleaders look like than the guys looks on the team.........

Just read something that if Hedo doesn't sign w/ Orlando...Orlando will go after Chris Bosh (Dwight Howard's best friend) or Carlos Boozer...

Nelson
Carter
Lewis
Bosh/Boozer
Howard

Good f**king lord.
