damn straight, Game begins soon. Little over an hour away, game tiome is set fior 8:30 EST time.

I will never understand this substitution patter. Yao Ming and McGrady should never be out of the lineup at the sametime. Atleast no more than 2 mintes at a time.


Tmac and Scola should sub together. Same with Artest and Ming. You'd have a post player and wing player in at all times. Leaving Artest in there with the 2's is just retarded and painful to watch.

Then add Scola on the bench in crunch time for Landry?

Defense looked on schedule, but offense will take some time. The players now have to adjust to having Yao in addition to Artest. Add in the tinkering with line-ups and sub packages and I think it will be 20 games or so before the team really starts to click. And as usual we have the toughest start to the schedule in the NBA, so the adjustment period will likely mean a .500 record until that time. Last year it took until the ASG to get on track. i REALLY don't like Yao playing so many minutes right off the bat, esp against a lousy team and before a b2b. But w/o him we really have no size, where' Mutombo? He wants to sign what's the deal?? I'm hoping since the Mavs have no size either he plays limited minutes and we run more of Adelman's offense thru Ron and TMac.

What I need most from that spot is Assists. Is he that type of player, or is he more of a scoring threat?
