I'll say one thing for Lynch. I can see why he's well liked and respected. I don't know what it is but I could listen to this guy give an interview forever. The guy speaks very clearly and eloquently.
Lynch gets the respect because he was a respected player when he played..
Boss.

I'll say it again......damn good start to free agency!!!!

Excited about San Francisco 49ers football again!!!

The thoughts I get when thinking of Lynch and Shanahan are Smart and Aggressive!!!

The thoughts I had when thinking about Trent Baalke were Safe and Conservative!!!

Very very true. The good thing is the moneyball approach lead to ShanaLynch being in this place to be smart and aggressive.
Lynchahan is kicking ass and taking names.

That's true and an obvious part of it but that carries you only so far. His said leadership is what I'm referring to. As a personnel guy now, that will be just as big a part in his ability to draw quality players to the organization and I can see why they'd give him the time of day.

We need to get Terrell Pryor now, Kyle can turn him into Julio Jones, he's big, he's fast....you guys have to trust me on this!

Domata Peko getting a look now. One thing they know is our run D was awful. They're making sure they bring guys in to fix that.

Domata Peko would be a solid pick up to stuff the run. Shanahan means business when he said in order to success on defense you gotta stop the run and make teams one dimensional. Peko is a badass run stuffer. I'm in!!

I will say this though, Trent Baalke's system did work for a little bit and did get us to the playoffs a few years, BUT that was with the right coach in place. When different coaches came in it seemed Baalke failed to adjust to work with Tomsula and Kelly. Hoping Lynch and Shanahan can keep this up for years to come.

I just like how it seems like these are all people who could sit through all these meetings and not hate each other. Whenever you saw Trent Baalke, I always got the impression that the guy had a stick shoved so far up into his gastrointestinal region that I'd hate being with that guy sitting through meetings forever. No wonder the whole thing felt apart. Nice to see, at least the impression of, chemistry.

Harbaugh and Baalke in a meeting must have been a nightmare
