I just like how it seems like these are all people who could sit through all these meetings and not hate each other. Whenever you saw Trent Baalke, I always got the impression that the guy had a stick shoved so far up into his gastrointestinal region that I'd hate being with that guy sitting through meetings forever. No wonder the whole thing felt apart. Nice to see, at least the impression of, chemistry.

I hated just listening to baalke speak once in a while

Hopefully we trade next yrs first round and this years 2nd round for cousins and pick up fournnette with the first pick!!!

You know, that's not entirely terrible. Especially if you figure the addition of Fournette, Garcon, Cousins and the help the D is getting this year and throughout the rest of the draft that our 1st round pick next year, would hopefuly be much farther back in the draft.....hmmmmm....well done, sir!

I will say this though, Trent Baalke's system did work for a little bit and did get us to the playoffs a few years, BUT that was with the right coach in place. When different coaches came in it seemed Baalke failed to adjust to work with Tomsula and Kelly. Hoping Lynch and Shanahan can keep this up for years to come.

True true.

Baalke never should have been the solo show. We should have always had a President of Football Ops (like we have now with ShanaLynch). We also should have added far more talent in the FO like Peters, Mayhew, etc.

But this new FO is exactly what we've been begging for for ages.

The key is we'll FINALLY add a FB. And if we land Kyle Juszczyk, injuries may be less of an issue for Hyde.

So 49ers interested in Domata Peko, what happen to Terrell Mclain? Much rather have McLain.

It takes two to mingle. But who knows, maybe we have McLain under the sheets but waiting for tomorrow to make it official. Peko ain't that bad at all too. Great run stuffer, great character guy, great motor, a fan favor and been a leader for the Bengals for a while. He won't break the bank too. I'll take him too, as a matter of fact, I'll take both of these guys to stop the run.

Yes sir... we will have our 1-2 punch at RB.. we just need to bring in Pryor... our offense will be ready to roll

Its more like a 1-1/2 punch at RB. Hyde will find a way to get injured and not finish the season.

I'm thinking about if these ducks can line up is that enough to sway Alshon Jeffrey, who wants to play for a contender? This team looks vastly, vastly different if these ducks line up. If nothing else we'd win March..haha
Watching the 49 hours vid of Lynch at the combine, he says he'll listen to offers for the 2nd overall pick.

Lynch must be reading the zone, a lot of you wanted guys like Martin, Bethea and Smith cut (although Bethea asked for his release.) and now they are gone.
Man, I miss the Baalke thread....

I could have kept Smith, but if you had asked me if I would trade Smith for Garcon I would have been on board, so I'm not bothered by it.

But moving on from Bethea and Martin.... it's like a wonderful dream.

Lynch has had an amazing start to his role as GM. This offseason is like the opposite of the 2015 offseason.

If #49ers and Bills were both going for FB Kyle Juszczyk, this would seem to indicate the 49ers are now definitely in line for Juszczyk.
