I just like how it seems like these are all people who could sit through all these meetings and not hate each other. Whenever you saw Trent Baalke, I always got the impression that the guy had a stick shoved so far up into his gastrointestinal region that I'd hate being with that guy sitting through meetings forever. No wonder the whole thing felt apart. Nice to see, at least the impression of, chemistry.

I will say this though, Trent Baalke's system did work for a little bit and did get us to the playoffs a few years, BUT that was with the right coach in place. When different coaches came in it seemed Baalke failed to adjust to work with Tomsula and Kelly. Hoping Lynch and Shanahan can keep this up for years to come.
