That was the signing I was hoping for .... wait, who?
thank god
Cameron Morrah (born March 18, 1987) is an American football tight end who is currently a free agent. He was drafted in the seventh round of the 2009 NFL Draft, by the Seattle Seahawks.[1] He played collegiately at California, where he led the Golden Bears in touchdown receptions in the 2008-2009 season with 8. He was a standout defensive end at Claremont High School in Claremont, where rivals.com gave him four-stars, making him one of the higher Golden Bear recruits for his year.

He was NFL teammates with four other former Golden Bears: offensive guard Mike Gibson, running backs Justin Forsett andMarshawn Lynch, and defensive tackle Brandon Mebane, all of which were Seattle Seahawks for the 2010 NFL Season.

The Seahawks waived/injured Morrah on August 26, 2012 then placed him on IR

49ers signed TE Cameron Morrah, formerly of the Seahawks.
Morrah, 26, has missed 37 games over his first four seasons, and he most recently battled a toe injury that forced him to miss the entire 2012 season. Morrah skipped his senior season at Cal and ran a 4.66 forty at the Combine in 2009. He's more of a receiver than blocker, and has 16 catches for 194 yards over his career. Apr 17 - 10:29 PM

Looks like we signed our own Harvin... in IR terms anyways.
