If im picking an all-dark days era team im going to eliminate anyone that is still on the team. Itll be the best of the rest.

Newberry was excellent for us until his knees lost all their cartilege and he continued to attempt to play.

QB: JTO - for his 12 TOs per game
RB: Glenn Coffee - for quitting the team after a season
WR: Ashlee Lilie, DJax - for dropping every pass thrown his way, Rashaun Woods

OG: Rachal, Snyder
DL: Kentwan Balmer
LB: Manny Lawson - for having as many sacks in 6 years as Aldon Smith got this year
S: Mark Roman - for defying all odds and not picking off one pass in 20 years

lol Jonas Jennings had the look of a big, mean, dominant T, but played like a weenie.

I remember having a conversation about how Rattay actually threw a nice deep ball. lol
So many of these players were defended by most people. Things I remember hearing or saying myself.
Tim Rattay: Good deep ball to go with TO.
Barlow: Such a beast and will be all pro as full time starter.
Ken Dorsey: Winner at the U, has the "IT" factor.
Cody Pickett: Rifle arm who was great at UW.
Rashaun Woods: Automatic #1 WR for us, rookie of the year.
Keith Lewis; Total steal, he's a ballhawk.
Kwame Harris: Bigger, younger, and stronger than Deese.
And many more.

Just the quarterbacks of that era were an all-star team of epic fail. Tim Rattay, Ken Dorsey, Cody Picket, Alex Smith, Chris Weinke, David Carr, Troy Smith, Shaun Hill, JT O'Sullivan, Trent Dilfer.
Not to mention the winners on the offensive line: Kwame Harris, Anthony Clement, Jonas Jennings, Brock Gutierrez, Tony Wragge, Chilo Rachal.
I am amazed how we won any games with that level of talent and brain dead coaching those 8 years.
