thank you. remember the hype that year? all about miami and marino. they were a one trick pony which was exposed by our defense,, i always consider that team to be out second best team off all time behind the 89 team which whipped denver and horsey face elway

You got to love the fact that our team dismantled 2 hall of fame QBs in the superbowl. Makes me smile just thinking about it.

Yeah, and it would be tough to think of 2 other QBs I would want to have seen humiliated in the 80s

There is just soo much riding on today. Kaep coming back for a win. The D shutting down Miami. No bonehead penalties. Going into NE with a win.

For success today, i say, Gore should get at least 100yds, 1td

Kaep, hmmm. Id like to see, a few more TE or WR Td's, not just running. But since he likes to run, and thats one of his staples.

I'll go out on a limb and say: Kaep, 2 passing td's, 1 running TD (just say that since he likes to run mostly), over 250+yds passing, give him 1 int, and maybe 2 sacks.

At this point it woud put us up at least 28 to whatever they score, and that would be a great all around game. And since he does have an arm, can move out of the pocket, is supposed to be great in extending plays as well. Then we should at least see 2 passing td's. Once again, since he brings that deep ball element, I wanna see it today.

I am worried with Gore getting damn near 100% of the carries. What is the backup plan if he is banged up going into the playoffs? Just worries me as it looks like we wont have any run game without him. Let's give Jacobs half the carries and make him prove himself after he b***hed that he is rotting away with the 49ers. Which by the way I think is a b******t thing to say and makes me think he is not a good part of this team.

Sooooooooo, solve it by giving him more carries, thereby reinforcing to the younger players that his behavior produces desired results?

No lol but give the idiot a chance to show that he is worthy of getting carries. If it doesn't pan out then back to the bench and off the roster after the season. The main thing I want is for Gore not to have all of the carries so he is healthy for the post season. I wouldn't mind LaMicheal getting some carries either.
