observations that goes against the Webzone's Hive Mind...
Colin had a good game...hit receivers in stride. His threat of potentially running with the ball helped James pick up a first down. Him being out there helps the run game in other areas. He did have a brain fart before halftime by making the wrong decision of not throwing the ball for a bomb to the endzone.
Scott Tolzien is fast enough...some make it seem like his a statue or something. He did a great job reading the defense and running for a key first down on 3rd and 5.
Anthony Dixon had a good game. Picked up a huge 1st down on 3rd -8 when we were backed up against our own goal line. Had other runs that showed what he can do when he is not swarmed in the backfield as soon as he touches the ball.
Josh Johnson had a fine game...even though it was against the 3rd & 4th string players.....even though I think he is the odd man out, I'm still looking forward to seeing what he does against the 2nd stringers this week.
Thanks for all the kind words guys. Opinions on the new style? Should I cut both videos down to 1st half and 2nd half vids or keep it all as one continuous video like I did here?
Also, no guesses on what the side video is going to be? WHATSA MATTA WITH YOUS.
i hope the side project is a compiled video of every single one of Alex Smiths deep balls, so i can post it every time someone claims that Alex cant throw over 2 yards.
