For me a breakout player is somebody who you just don't expect to have a great year and has never had a great year, so guys like Moss are out of the running.
My 3 guys are:
Perrish Cox
Alex Boone
Kyle Williams

I am thinking Crabtree finally has a great year and proves he is worth that #10 pick.

I hope Alex has a good year as well with 30+ TDs and 5-10 INTs.

Third player would be Boone who is getting moved to RG, but will anchor that side of the line.
