If we lose the next game, bayless is going to say "49ers arent good" or "Alex Smith is teh Suxors"

yeah, classic. My favorite part though is that beating the Bucs 48-3 was an "underwhelming blowout." LMFAO. Give me a break. Your QB has about 1/3 of his completions go for touchdowns and you score constantly on short fields because your defense is so dominant against a 3-1 team and its "underwhelming."
and "their schedule has been favorable so far."
Its pretty clear that the requirement to earn money as a football expert you have to have as little knowledge of football as possible.

Me too, I'm going to that game. They let me down last year in enemy territory against Carolina, but there is something special about this season. I don't think we win the rest of our games but it's not teams like the ravens or steelers that worry me. It's games like the browns, redskins or even the rams. It's easy to be confident when we have had the success that we have had and sometimes get a little complacent against teams that are average to not so good. Harbaugh will have a tough job getting these guys pumped up to play every week against some of the teams on our schedule the way he has the last three games against playoff caliber teams. But heres to hoping...

This.
I never listen to Bayless' endless BS and not gonna start now just because he's sucking on the Niners this week.

Sounds like Mancini never watched the game, just looked at the stats

Don't be. All I get is Redskins coverage here. Team has a lot of issues - going with a QB change and they are 3-2, but barely eked out wins over AZ and STL. In fact, taking the 1PM ET fact out of the equation, that is the one game I really am not worried. But who knows, maybe couc*ebag Ritchie is right and we are only at this point because our schedule has been so "friendly". Funny, because Peter King said last week that we are in the middle of one of the most ridiculous travel schedules for for a West Coast team he has seen in over 20 years!

Never liked Skip Bayless, he's a clown and never knows what he's talking about. And I'm not going to support him now

Originally posted by HessianDud:Yeah I am sick of hearing that stuff too man. Theres a die hard bucs fan at my work and he tried to say that we have had an easy schedule. I said, whats been so easy about beating the preseason superbowl favorites in their house. Beating the undefeated Lions in their house and beating the snot out of his team whom is supposed to be playoff caliber. Then he argued that same Jon Ritchie argument about some of those teams having one less day to prepare. Look this is the NFL, there are no excuses. These men and coaches are paid ridiculous amounts of money to play a game for a living. One day of loss practice or rest isn't going to handicap a team beyond control. I said back how about us losing an entire offseason to introduce almost a completely new coaching staff or prepare a completely new offense and a more aggressive 3-4 scheme on defense. All of the teams that we have beat have virutally their entire coaching staff and exact same schemes from last year. I am so sick of people trying to undercut us just because we have sucked for almost a decade.

I think we lose to @BAL, PIT, and one or 2 of NYG/@SEA/@AZ.
win the rest. i think thats pretty conservative. i dont see us beating Baltimore on thanksgiving, but then again, i didnt see us beating Philly.
We wont run the table, lets be realistic here. dont get your hopes too high, were still in the infant stages of this coaching regime. were off to a great start, but if we only go 6-4 the rest of the way its nothing to panic about. even 5-5 would put us at 10 wins and a division title.
I think we beat the Browns after 2 weeks to prepare for them. the Browns were JUST out here to play the Raiders, then had to fly all the way back to Ohio to play SEA, and now have to come all the way back out to the bay area again 2 weeks later to play us, and were super physical. I dont often get confident about a win, but I dont see us losing this next one.
we could lose @WAS, but were 3-0 on the east coast this year, and were the better team. not incredibly worried about that one either.
any home game is winable IMO. Giants are solid, but lost to Seattle AT home. theyre a flawed team, and i think we should get a W there if we keep playing like we have.
all 5 remaining divisional games should be layups. I see us losing one up in SEA or in AZ maybe, but i think you can count on 4-1 in the division the rest of the way. the Seahawks, Rams, and Cards are too finesse to hang with our D for 4 quarters.
The Steelers game is at home on MNF. this team has ALWAYS gotten up for national TV games. a couple years back against AZ at home, when they were supposed to kill us? we destroyed them. the Dashon Goldson game. also last year on MNF a terrible team almost beat the SB champion Saints. at home on MNF is always good. Im saying loss just because the Steelers are good, but it could be a win.
looking over it, I just dont see that many losses. anything can happen, but if the team keeps playing the way it has, we should only lose 3 or 4 more games at most. our final 5 games against PIT on MNF at home, and 4 divisional cupcakes.
I cant even remember the last time i got cocky about our remaining schedule...

At the end of last season, the only team before the bye week I feared was the Lions, because they looked like they might be something. So our schedule has been slightly weak, I can agree with that at least.

That short week between the Cards and @ Ravens on Thanksgiving is going to be tough. Playing in Baltimore will be hard enough but with only 3 days in between an away game? Brutal!
They should have scheduled the ravens to play the hawks in seattle on the 20th not the 13th. Then that would have been fair
