i can appreciate stickin to our stregth in gore (esp with alex now out), but you can't just keep running up the gut. as much as i hate referring to them, raiders have a nice two-headed monster in dmc and bush. it's westbrook we need to slash or turn up the corner. hit broncs constantly between these two and even a qb with ?? like troy may be able sell the pa.

It will likely feel that jimmy raye is back in the booth calling plays. After seeing how they completely shutdown the offense when carr came in last week, they will likely do the exact same thing. A "scaled back playbook" probably corresponds to our favorite run_run_pass_punt gameplan.
If our d plays well, it might be close. If our D stinks, it will probably be like the KC and SEA games. I am still hoping for victory and hoping troy smith can save us for a week! GO NINERS!

Back in my hotel room for a whiskey and rest from walking around London all morning.
I ran into some 49er fans from San Jose, older fellas, spotted the 49ers jacket from about 3 blocks away! Nice guys, we talked awhile and they had no idea Troy Smith was starting at QB and had never heard of him.
I am here having a blast, tonight I will go to SoHo or Covent Garden for some bar hoping.. I have no idea where to find the single women.

oh, I mentioned that Troy Smith was a college ball standout, H-trophy and bowl MVP but that he was knocked because of his height of being only 6'. He said "oh, a lot of tipped balls", I said "maybe, but the kid could have a chip on his shoulder and something to prove."
