Please keep your amateur motivation skill to yourself. We have Singletary, our players just couldn't be more motivated.

er. That was a reference to a comment made by Eddie DeBartolo to the team after a particularly galling loss to the Steelers in 1984. They would go on to win the Super Bowl that year.

The motivation by Singletary is a lot more advanced.

Riight. As in dropping his pants in front of the team?
Fire Raye and tell Sing to coach to win the game not to not lose it. SIng is a smart man so hopefully he realizes this very soon, if he doesn't he will kill his own coaching career.

Either hire a football executive to make the decisions or sell the team. Like someone said earlier this franchise's biggest weakness is not QB or offensive line. It's a strong football executive. There's only one football guy in this front office and he is a scout at best. The top teams in the league have strong football minded front offices. Sadly the 49er ownership has never figured that out and I am highly doubting they ever will. Until they realize that we will continue to lose and call it a moral victory.

Like all the geniuses who were jealous that Pioli went to KC?

Tell the HC that Raye is now an advisory and his same pay for the year, to the new OC our receivers coach, or Rathman. And if he don't like it(MS), find another job somewhere else..

If we miss the playoffs....... whoo hooo and a cloud of dust, even if they did pas in the 4th, it wasn't the spread or even, semi spread, it was out of Raye's stupid 2 running back, 2 TE set..

That kind of calling should be just fine for a playoff run! NOT
