I figure we've dropped the charges this instant because we're going to have yet another losing season. -The NFL only backs winning teams/spotlight franchises in heavy situations like this (regardless of how much evidence is in place).
Such a shame though, cause tampering a draft pick goes back to the sole reason the NFL-merger was molded, so that AFL/NFL teams couldn't tamper/steal players from one another.

We have Crabtree now and he scored a TD. Birds are flying. White fluffy clouds can be seen overhead. Little children in Africa aren't hungry anymore.
What happens if Crabtree gets hurt against Jacksonville though? That could be a result of him missing a lot of time. Do the 49ers really think everything through? I don't think so.
